Warm Neighbors Cool Friends​​ (WNCF)

​Contact your local WADI office if you are struggling to make ends meet due to illness, injury, job loss, or other hardships.  You may be eligible for assistance through Warm Neighbors Cool Friends.

​Warm Neighbors Cool friends is a program to assist individuals who:

  •  Have had a crisis beyond their control 
  •  Meet the income criteria (listed below)
  •  And have active service established in his/her name with Ameren Illinois at their current residence
  •  Or are 60 years or older
  • Don't qualify for LIHEAP

WADI is partnering with The Energy Assistance Foundation in an effort to assist customers who normally fall through the funding cracks.  The Energy Assistance Foundation is a non-profit organization funded entirely by donations where 100% of customer contributions go directly to help those in need.
