We are rehabbing approximately 22 homes in the counties of Gallatin, Wayne and White along with the tornado stricken areas of Ridgway and Harrisburg.
This program is the Single Family Owner Occupied Rehabilitation program funded by the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
Appointments for these applications will be taken at 110 Latham Street in Enfield. Please call 618-963-2387 and speak to Judy or Tia to schedule an appointment.
You must provide:
1) Proof of all household income for the past six months
2) Proof of home ownership
3) Copy of paid real estate tax bill
4) Proof of homeowners insurance (Tornado victims without homeowners insurance are still eligible)
If the household is eligible, some of the following work may be done:
Wiring
Roofing
Heating Systems
General Repairs to bring the home up to standards
