Legal Self-Help Center Available Online
The new online legal information center provides current civil legal information. The site can be accessed at http://white.illinoislegalaid.org twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The legal help center is the 77th such center to open in Illinois since 2007. A local planning committee developed the site.

Rehabbing 22 Homes!
We are rehabbing approximately 22 homes in the counties of Gallatin, Wayne and White along with the tornado stricken areas of Ridgway and Harrisburg. A new website has launched, SaveOurState.Illinois.Gov, designed to be a one-stop shop for information regarding pension and Medicaid reforms. The site contains press releases, fact sheets, and newspaper opinion pieces on these issues. It also has a link for constituents to contact their legislators. Edwards County Farm Bureau Women's
The Edwards County Farm Bureau Women's Committee will be conducting a fundraiser for WADI from May 20th to June 2, 2012. It is being called "You've been Cowed for Pigged". Signs displaying the pigs or cows will be placed in the yards of residents in the county. There will be two groups of 25 signs each.
